You directly provide Aurorahvh with most of the data we collect. Aurorahvh collects data and processes data when you: Register online or place an order for any of Aurorahvh products or services. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. Use or view Aurorahvh via your browser’s cookies. Aurorahvh securely stores your data with WordPress and WooCommerce in a secure database which is encrypted by a secure password. Aurorahvh uses a secure HTTPS connection and SSL cert to your client. WordPress uses the wp_users table to store user data in its database. Only the most basic user information is stored here. This includes the username (user_login), password (user_pass), and email (user_email) of the users. WooCommerce uses a combination of both WordPress database tables and its own custom tables to store its data. However, WooCommerce doesn’t have a dedicated table to store the customer data. The customer data is stored in different database tables, which sometimes might make retrieval of this data challenging. By design, a Aurorahvh customer credit card number and security code are never stored on Aurorahvh. The payment gateway gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor. We designed our payment gateway to ensure credit card data never enters or passes through Aurorahvh databases.
Rights to Your Data
